Well my lovely readers and fellow fashion lovers it is time for one last look from Paris and a little photo diary from the top of Le Tour. On one of my last days in Paris we took the leap as we had actually booked tickets to go up the elevators of the Eiffel Tower and take in all of the gorgeous views. I might throw in a little travel tip here if you are interested in going up the Eiffel Tower! My love and I thought that we would be able to just log on online, to avoid the hour long waits and dreaded climb up the endless staircase, to purchase some tickets same day. This idea was incredibly false we soon figured out and the soonest I was able to book tickets to go up was 3 days later, so you definitely want to do this one in advance. Last tip, it is also a good idea to book your tickets through a tour group. All this really means is that you get to skip the line with a tour guide and go up the elevator in a group then you break off and do your own thing. Anyhow, those are my fun Parisienne tourist tips! This is definitely a must see and do at some point in your lifetime, cross it off the bucket list. We took the trek up the tower and enjoyed a glass of champagne while taking in everything that the tower had to option. From the Champs-Elysees to the Sacré-Cœur there was nothing we couldn’t see on this clear and beautiful Paris day. We seemed to be enjoying our stay a little too long as eventually we began to see that storm clouds were moving in and for me, personally, the top of a very tall tower is the last place I would possible want to be while it is storming. So unfortunately, so sad for me, we had to relocate ourselves to the Galeries Lafayette…..boo..hoo..hoo.

My Look
This is one of my favorite sort of funky looks that I have styled in a while. The sort of funky elements of pink mixed with the chic and classic aesthetic that anything Chanel brings is what I find to be very avery refreshing take. I’m not even sure where the original inspiration came for this look but all I knew was that I wanted to wear the extra flare Pixie Market trousers with the pink fur cuffed jacket from Fleamadonna (purchased at Opening Ceremony) and from this idea I built my look for playing tourist this day in Paris. I styled the look with my vintage Chanel CC logo black t-shirt and a Chanel logo ribbon, from an old purchase, as a choker. I always save cute ribbons from purchases or gifts to wear as chokers or tied in my hair. I matched the look with my favorite heeled Gucci gold loafers and because it just wasn’t quite extra enough yet I contrasted the pink fur cuffs in my jacket with my pink Gucci Marmont bag.
