Happy Blue Monday my loves! This post contains some of my favorites shots that I took whilst in Paris as most of our day was spent roaming the museum’s. Fun fact about me.. I love art! You may have guessed that since I spend my life dedicated to creative outlets like this blog and all the work that goes in to it. For me posting photos is not enough, I want you all the feel what I feel, the excitement I get from Fashion and in this case my travels. I want the good vibes to flow out of the computer in different melodies that truly engage you and allow you to fully enjoy my posts in the way that I intend. That’s all artists really want isn’t it? To convey emotion through so many different outlets. I don’t call myself an artist but I definitely consider myself to be a fairly creative person, so put in a museum in Paris full of French Impressionists, Italian Renaissance and even the sections of Rococo style furniture and the authentic French antique furnishings section has a special place in my heart (I would move in to Versailles any day, the more gold the better ?). Any how, as you listen to me babble on and romanticise here are some shots of a look I call “A Day at the Louvre.” Even though the whole day wasn’t spent there, it’s quite a massive place and it was the perfect escape from the Parisian Gloom and rain that came that afternoon. I was speaking to a friend that afternoon and they were telling me about the great car insurance they got on their car. Money Experts found them a great deal. If you’re interested in finding some great car insurance while traveling, check this out.
Since we were exploring the halls that day I obviously went with flats, and with all the walking they even became uncomfortable! I wore my velvet + patent leather CC monogram Chanel loafers with this very Valentino esque dress I bought just for my trip from Storets. To edge up the look a bit and take a risk, instead of just pairing my usual leather jacket, I paired my black and white look with my classic Saint Laurent bomber jacket. Last but not least a chanel shopping bag and to add just the tiniest pop of color my Saint Laurent lipstick shoulder bag. Oh, and don’t forget the frilly socks of course, DUH!
