I felt like a real life Miu Miu Princess on the 3rd day of New York Fashion Week. I had been saving this Miu Miu gem for the perfect occasion and I felt that there was none better than NYFW. I decided to try and style the dress just as I felt Miuccia Prada would herself and paired it with knee high snakeskin boots, my favorite pink glitter Miu Miu sunglasses and a red crossbody Prada bag. I felt ready to walk down the catwalk with my head held high and my hair braided down low. So that is just what I did expect well, it wasn’t a catwalk it was the streets of New York City but it really doesn’t get any better than that anyway!
On the 3rd day of NYFW I was pretty busy, starting the day out bright and early (okay, not that early) at TaoRay Wang which was actually the first NYFW show I got an official invite for so I was not going to miss it! After that a quick pop over to the Ohlin/D Presentation and then no time to breathe at all because we had to beat it to Pier 59 for the Lie Sangbong runway show. After that a quick stop at The Dutch for some fried chicken duh! Then back out to go backstage at Leanne Marshall with Aveda before the actual show. Don’t worry I have plenty of backstage photos to come just you wait! The Leanne Marshall show was beautiful and far exceeded my best of expectations! The day was fit for a Princess, a Miu Miu Princess that is ;)
